Items will be posted same day if ordered before 1pm. After 1pm, items will be posted on the next working day. Basic tracking is provided as part of the Royal Mail 24 service.
Royal Mail Special Delivery service is available from £9.95 which aims to guarantee next day delivery before 1pm. Items will be posted same day if ordered before 1pm. After 1pm, items will be posted on the next working day. Please contact us if you require this service.

Returns Policy
If you need to return an item, the product must be unused and intact in its original packaging, and should be received within 30 days of original delivery for a full refund. Return postage costs must be paid for by the customer and will only be refunded if the item is faulty or the wrong items have been sent in error.
When returning goods, please package them securely and include a cover note, explaining what action you would like us to take, as well as your name, address and order number. Please note, that the responsibility for any products returned remains with the customer until we have received such item[s].
